Service Call

$85 service fee during normal business hours. Fee is waived when a repair option is chosen on the day of service. If no repair chosen, the $85 is due the day of service.

Service fee for after hours, emergency, holiday or inclement weather is $125, generally collected before appointment is set. However, the fee will be put toward the repair cost when a repair option is chosen. If no repair option chosen, the $125 is due or paid the day of service.

Price for New System

New AC system

Starting cost is $6200 for a basic AC system installed with 10yr manufacturer warranty. *10yr labor warranty avaialble.

New Heat/AC system

Starting cost is $7500 for basic Heat/AC system installed with 10yr manufacturer warranty *10yr labor warranty available.

New Furnace system

Starting cost is $2400 for basic furnace system installed with 10yr manufacturer warranty *10yr labor warranty available.

Indoor Air Quality

Basic air duct cleaning starts $797. Sanitizing and deodorizing the ductwork is available.

Whole home air purification system installed in the ductwork system, starting $1300.

Ductwork sealing starts at $350. When qualified, TVA offers a rebate for $300 per system.

Complete basic ductwork replacement starts at $3200. Custom ductwork design is available upon request.
